Current families are defined as those who have one or more children currently enrolled in an MHPSD school.

Current Student Reenrolment

All students that will attend an MHPSD school for 2022-2023 will be required to reenrol. Our online system for reenrolment will open on or before Feb 1. Online reenrolment notifications will be sent to families via email. Alternatively, if you have not received an email by Feb 1, follow the steps below: 1. Login to your PowerSchool parent portal account 2. Click on the SchoolEngage icon on the left menu 3. Choose the reenrolment forms that have been assigned to you for the 2022-2023 school year.

New Families

Online Registration

New families are defined as those who do not have ANY children enrolled in MHPSD schools. Use this link to create and manage your School Engage account. We are now accepting online applications for new students to attend ELP, Kindergarten, Play & Learn and grades 1-12 for 2021-2022. Registration for the 2022-2023 school year starts on Feb 1, 2022.

To register your child in-person, contact your boundary school for assistance with the online registration process.

What you will need to register a new student:

Click the link above to create an account with SchoolEngage. Add your children to the account and complete the 2022-2023 registration form for each child that you wish to register. You will be asked to provide the following: • Proof of the child’s age and legal name. Documents accepted are: birth certificate, adoption certificate, student authorization visa, Canadian citizenship papers, or permanent landed immigrant/residence documentation; • House number and street address if you live in a town or city; your 911 address (e.g. 223245 TWP RD) if you live on a farm or an acreage; • Home, cell and business telephone numbers (e-mail if available); • Notification of special medical conditions or medications for the child; • Name and address of child’s previous school (applies to students moving into the system)


Devices: All students in grades 3 - 12 will require a device capable of Internet connectivity such as a Chromebook or laptop that can go back and forth between home and school.


Any student attending Hub Virtual School will be required to have a Chromebook or laptop with a camera and mic, and reliable internet."
