Orange Shirt Day

September 30th marks National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day – Every Child Matters. MHPSD schools will be open that day. 

Students are invited to wear an orange shirt to honour Residential School Survivors, their families, and those who never returned home. We will join with communities across Canada in participating in acts of remembrance, reflection, and reconciliation.
